A little more 15mm painting over the last two weeks, adding more stands to the American Civil War armies. This first batch is CSA infantry.. yet to add standards, and base labels. The figures are a mix of Minifigs and Freikorps, and are for use with our favoured Volley and Bayonet rules
Now for two Union infantry brigades.
A bit of variety in last week's games...
The week ended with one of Keith's delightful DBA evenings.. three DBA games with three opponents. I used my two 15mm chariot armies (later Hittite, and Early Mycenaeans). The figures are all Essex IIRC
The night before it was a Volley and Bayonet game, 1877 Russian/Turkish), using Adrian's 15mm armies.
The main feature of this game was the imbalance in casualties (the rollin g of 6's).. we took 9 casualties in total, and inflicted 34.. whew... I had two combats in which I rolled three x 6's, and only two combats in which I inflicted no casualties at all.
